Marc Kirsch
Marc has worked in the world of recruitment and career manangement since 1996. Having started his professional life at a FTSE 100 specialist recruitment company, he decided his calling was to follow his entrepreneurial spirit and branch out on his own.
He has successfully orchestrated the growth of 2 subsequent recruitment companies in this time and worked in both buoyant and recessionary markets. Marc specialised in placing staff within the Construction, Manufacturing and Property Management sectors.
In this time Marc has been a frequent speaker at Universities across the country speaking directly to Graduates on career seeking and helping to make them job ready.
Outside work he is mainly found at White Hart Lane following the fortunes of his favourite football team, in Mallorca or with his family.
Amanda Eaton
Amanda’s coaching experience has been developed over the last 10 years working in both recruitment and Human Resources as a Graduate Recruitment Specialist.
She began her career in 1998 at Hays PLC before moving to Camelot to work on their Graduate Training Programme.
Amanda’s hobbies outside work include gardening and renovating properties with her partner.
Susie Timlin
Susie has worked in the professional recruitment market for over 12 years and has specialised at the Senior and Executive level for much of this time. Her most recent role involved working for Hays Plc as International Business Director, assisting a number of key professionals to search the global employment market and successfully secure appointments in locations as diverse as Angola, the USA, Russia, Australia and of course, the UK! Her favourite appointment was assisting a diving fanatic, Finance Director to secure a role in the Galapagos Islands!
Susie sees her key talent as understanding what employers are really looking for and how they recruit. She enjoys then using this insight to help people plan their career in a focused, ambitious, and realistic way.
Married with a 1 year old daughter, Susie lives in London.
